Fresh Meets Traditional
Taste the Essence

Origin 源

Panda Restaurant invites chefs from our hometown, building on traditional Chaoshan flavors to showcase the essence through details. The Panda Restaurant team maintains strict quality control,
Delivering the authentic taste of home.
Every olive, every piece of preserved vegetable, every bundle of spices is insistently sourced from their original places of origin.
Familiar and affordable ingredients,
Cooked with 100% craftsmanship.
That is the persistence and dedication of “our own people.”

Flavor 味

Guangdong cuisine emphasizes: the Five Flavors and Six Tastes.
The Five Flavors are fragrance, crispness, fluffiness, richness, and intensity.
The Six Tastes are sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty, and fresh.
Although there are many flavors, each has its purpose and distinct characteristics.
Panda Restaurant insists on using authentic Guangdong ingredients,
Presenting the seasonal beauties of Lingnan on the plate.
Pick up your chopsticks and taste the flavors—everything is conveyed without words.

History 史

Since the second year of the Hongwu era in the Ming Dynasty, when Chaozhou was changed to a prefecture,
The daring and striving Chaoshan people,
Pursuing their dreams,
Set sail on the sea.
Riding the red-headed boats, flowing down the Han River,
Vast and undulating, the sounds of the shoals rise even higher.
Up to Suzhou and Hangzhou, down to the South Seas,
Continuing for a thousand years,
The glory of the Maritime Silk Road.

Fusion 合

The variations in Chaoshan flavors stem from the diverse produce and cultural elements of different villages, as well as the seafood caught from various ports.
The Chaoshan people, through migrations and journeys from ancient times to the present, have gathered various characteristics from Guangdong, Fujian, and the South Seas, thereby making Teochew cuisine one of China’s most distinctive regional cuisines.
The same applies to wine.
Burgundy, among all wine regions, is renowned worldwide for its terroir.
The collision of food and wine
Will produce even better sparks.
